Durable Sessions: Why your AI UX keeps breaking - and how to fix it
Most AI products lose users not because the model fails - but because the experience does. Dropped sessions, broken context, and silent disconnects compound into churn your metrics can't easily explain. This webinar shows product leaders what's actually happening beneath the surface of your AI UX, and what it takes to build AI your users can rely on.
Thursday, May 28th
10:00am PDT (1:00pm EDT / 6:00pm BST)
Zoom - Recording shared with all registrants
Free to attend
What you’ll take away
Practical clarity on what's actually driving poor AI product experiences - and how to fix it without starting from scratch.

The business cost of stateless AI: what signals to look for and why most teams miss them

What fast, low-friction delivery of session continuity looks like at the product level
Concrete next steps for assessing and addressing the session layer gap in your product
The session will run for approximately 30 minutes, with time for a live Q&A at the end. All registrants will get access to the recording and transcript.
The problems we'll cover
HTTP wasn't built for stateful AI. Retries and polling are patches, not fixes. The session layer is missing, which results in the AI UX failures your users experience:
Dropped sessions: connection drops mid-response and everything resets. Users lose context, restart conversations, and quietly churn. The model never failed - the delivery did.
Silent agents: an agent stalls or fails with no feedback to the user. No status, no recovery. The product looks broken - even when the model is fine.
Context-blind handoffs: an agent hands off to a human or agent, and session context disappears. Users re-explain everything. Trust erodes fast.
Interrupted returns: a user switches devices or returns to pick up where they left off on another browser. The conversation is gone, user is frustrated and drops off.
Trapped users: no interruption or steering capabilities during the conversation; the user has to watch the wrong answer unfold or has to cancel and start over.
