40112: Account message limit exceeded

The request was rejected because the account had reached the maximum message volume permitted by its limits.

What you should do

Restore service by upgrading the account to a package with a higher message limit, or, if you need more than the packages provide, by contacting Ably support to request a higher limit. Enterprise customers can use the incident escalation process when a limit is disrupting production and needs an urgent response.
