# Apps list
Use the `ably apps list` command to list all applications in the current account.
## Synopsis
### Shell
```
ably apps list [options]
```
## Options
### `--limit`
The maximum number of results to return. Defaults to `100`.
### `--json`
Output results as compact JSON. Mutually exclusive with `--pretty-json`.
### `--pretty-json`
Output results in formatted JSON. Mutually exclusive with `--json`.
### `--verbose | -v`
Enable verbose logging. Can be combined with `--json` or `--pretty-json`.
## Examples
List all apps in the current account:

ably apps list
```
List apps in JSON format:
### Shell
```
ably apps list --json
```
List all apps in formatted JSON output:

ably apps list --pretty-json
```
